Meet Tyler!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Tyler
My interests include camping, spending time at the beach and river, and staying active through exercise and sport. I also have a strong interest in cars and motorbikes, and I enjoy anything that involves the outdoors and adventure. I’m a big fan of golden retrievers and enjoy being around animals, as well as playing golf in my spare time. Overall, I like to keep busy and make the most of my time by doing things that are both enjoyable and energising.
I would describe myself as a very energetic person who brings enthusiasm and positivity into everything I do. I enjoy being active, engaging with others, and maintaining a motivated and upbeat attitude in both my personal and professional life.
I became a support worker because I have a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. I find great fulfilment in building meaningful relationships and being able to support individuals in achieving their goals. I am particularly passionate about promoting independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing in the people I support.
My approach to support is person centred, meaning I tailor my support to meet each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. I focus on creating a supportive and respectful environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to live their lives as independently and confidently as possible.
