Meet Taz!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Taz
My personal interests and hobbies include going to the gym, hiking, spending time with family and friends, fashion and wanting to study Youth Work.
My personality traits are confident, energetic, positive, charismatic, creative, caring, respectful and loyal.
I chose Support Work because I needed a change and challenge in my career. I want to make a difference in people’s lives. I’m passionate about helping others live with dignity and independence, and I value the meaningful relationships that come with this role. It’s rewarding, challenging and aligns with my values of compassion and inclusion.
My approach to support work involves empowering people with disabilities by focusing on their individual goals and needs, recognising and building upon their unique strengths, and providing care that is mindful of past experiences, always within a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
