Meet Molly!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Molly
I grew up in rural South Australia and still enjoy heading back home whenever I can to spend time with family and unwind on the farm. I currently play basketball for West Adelaide in the NBL1, which reflects my passion for sport and staying active. Alongside this, I work as a Physiotherapist, supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and presentations to improve their physical health and overall wellbeing.
Outside of work and sport, I love being in nature, whether that’s relaxing at the beach or exploring local walking trails. I would describe my personality as calm and reserved, but I’m able to be talkative and energetic when the situation calls for it.
I became a support worker because I have a genuine passion for helping others and believe I can truly make a positive difference in people’s lives. I value the opportunity to support individuals in discovering their potential and achieving meaningful outcomes. My approach is person orientated and optimistic, focusing on identifying and building on individual strengths. I enjoy helping clients learn, grow, and gain confidence, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves and live the life they choose.
