Meet Margaret!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Margaret
I am a compassionate, reliable, and patient support worker who is passionate about helping people live independently and confidently. I enjoy building genuine connections with participants and creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment where they feel valued and supported. I have a calm and friendly personality and always aim to provide person centred support tailored to each individual’s goals, preferences, and abilities. I believe in encouraging independence while offering the right level of care and understanding.Outside of work, I enjoy cleaning and organising, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and helping others in my community. I became a support worker because I genuinely enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives and supporting them to feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.
