Meet Madi!

Support Worker

Hello!

About Madi

I am passionate about helping others achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives. I am deeply committed to providing holistic, compassionate support and empowering people to live the lives they choose.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time at the beach with my daughter and our golden retriever puppy. I am bubbly, energetic, and warm. I’m someone who listens, encourages, and believes in others’ potential, even when they might not believe in it themselves.

As a support worker, my approach is person centred, strength based, trauma informed, and empowerment driven.

I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, respected, and understood. Being a support worker is a privilege, and I see each day as an opportunity to make someone’s life a little brighter. Some of the most meaningful moments are the small connections that remind us we’re not alone, and that there is always hope.
