Meet Maddy!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Maddy
I enjoy making the most of my time by doing the things I love, whether that’s reading, spending time outdoors, going to the gym, or playing basketball. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family and friends, as these connections keep me grounded and bring me a lot of happiness. I would describe myself as energetic, understanding, approachable, warm, and friendly, qualities that naturally support the way I connect with others. I became a support worker because I’ve always found genuine joy in helping people and making a positive difference in their lives.
For me, being a support worker goes far beyond simply meeting a client’s needs; it’s about building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered, heard, and valued. With over two years of experience in the field, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people, each with their own unique goals and challenges. Through this, I’ve learned that even the smallest acts of support can have a significant and lasting impact, which continues to drive my passion and commitment to this work every day.
