Meet Liz!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Liz
I am a talkative, calm person who loves a laugh and doesn’t take myself too seriously. In my spare time out of work and study I love to spend time with my friends, reading or going to concerts. I chose to become a support worker for the same reason I chose to study to support work, which is to be able to support my clients with alleviating unnecessary pressure and stress in order for them to live their lives to the fullest. My practice aligns with social work values with an emphasis on social justice and advocacy and I use non-judgemental, strengths based, person centred, trauma informed and recovery (mental health) frameworks to inform my practice.
