About Janet

I am a lifelong animal lover who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets and supporting others in caring for theirs, as I recognise the important role animals can play in companionship and overall wellbeing. I deeply value my relationships with family and friends, and I naturally take on a supportive role in their lives, regularly offering care and assistance where I can. This sense of compassion and connection is something I carry into my everyday life.

I also enjoy a range of creative and mentally engaging activities, including reading, cooking, completing crossword puzzles, and taking part in arts and crafts, which help me stay both mentally active and creatively fulfilled. In addition, I prioritise my health and wellbeing by maintaining an active lifestyle through regular movement, reflecting a balanced and proactive approach to both my personal life and my work.
