Meet Isabella!

Support Worker

Hello!

About Isabella

I would describe myself as empathetic, calm, compassionate, and creative, qualities that strongly shape how I connect with and support others. In my personal time, I enjoy reading, going for walks, practising Pilates, and engaging in creative activities, particularly anything related to art, as these help me relax and maintain a sense of balance.

I became a support worker to pursue my interest in mental health and disability support, driven by a genuine passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I find the role incredibly diverse and rewarding, and I particularly enjoy supporting clients to work towards and achieve their individual goals.

My background in psychology informs my approach to support work, allowing me to apply both person centred and trauma informed principles in a thoughtful and responsive way, ensuring that each individual feels understood, respected, and empowered.
