About India

I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, and living an active lifestyle. I love running and hiking with my two dogs, and being out in nature is one of my favourite ways to recharge. I enjoy cooking wholesome meals and expressing my creativity through painting, music, and spending time with animals. I would describe myself as creative, caring, positive, and reliable.

Supporting others has always felt incredibly meaningful to me. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone build confidence, learn something new, or simply feel seen and supported. I’m also a good communicator, a calm problem solver, and someone who stays upbeat and adaptable in different situations. My approach to support is person centred and strengths based, meaning I focus on each person’s unique abilities, interests, and goals. I aim to meet people where they’re at, celebrate their progress, and make the journey fun and meaningful.

Experience

  • I have 2 years of experience coaching gymnastics and horse riding for children and teens with additional needs (mainly with autism).

  • I also have one month of experience as a support worker, supporting people in their homes and in the community with daily routines, supported independent living, and social participation.

  • I’ve supported individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism.
