About Hannah

I am passionate about sport and staying active. I currently play football for the Adelaide Crows FC, where I’m continuing to develop my skills and push myself in a high-performance environment. Being part of a team has taught me a lot about leadership, discipline, and the importance of working towards a common goal.

When I am not training or playing, I love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, camping, and catching up with friends and family. Keeping a healthy balance between sport, work, and downtime is important to me, and I bring the same energy, focus, and positive attitude to all areas of my life.

I am approachable, reliable, and stay calm under pressure. I focus on building genuine respectful connections with clients and their families by listening, being consistent, and showing up with care. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel comfortable, understood, and treated with dignity. My goal is to make everyday support feel natural, respectful, and tailored to each person’s needs.

I became a support worker because I’ve always had a strong desire to help others and make a positive impact in people’s lives. I’m someone who enjoys building genuine connections and being there for people when they need support the most. Working in this field allows me to combine my caring nature with practical, hands-on support that makes a real difference day to day. It’s rewarding to know that I can help someone feel more confident, independent, and supported in reaching their goals. My approach to support is person-centred, as I prioritise getting to know each client as an individual beyond their disability. This allows me to better understand their unique needs and provide meaningful, personalised support and companionship
