About Erin

I am 21 years old and currently studying Occupational Therapy at UniSA. I grew up in Tasmania, which has shaped my love for nature and a slower pace of life, and I enjoy spending my free time going on bush walks, reading, and connecting with friends and family.

I would describe myself as calm, compassionate, adaptable, conscientious, loyal, and open-minded, qualities that I bring into both my personal life and my work. I chose to become a support worker because I grew up around family members with disabilities, which gave me a strong appreciation for the meaningful and positive impact that quality support can have on someone’s life.

My approach to support is person centred and strengths based, focusing on empowering individuals, building on their existing abilities, and supporting them to live in a way that is meaningful and fulfilling to them.
