Meet Eilish
Registered Nurse & Support Worker
Hello!
About Eilish
I have been working in the disability sector for the past two years and have developed a genuine passion for supporting clients to achieve their goals. In 2025, I completed my Bachelor of Nursing and now work as a Registered Nurse, which has further strengthened my skills and knowledge in providing high quality care. I originally became a support worker because of my strong desire to help and care for others, and this continues to be the driving force behind everything I do.
I am a very social person who loves connecting with others and having a good chat. I would describe myself as happy, kind, bubbly, and positive, and I bring these qualities into my work every day. I am a strong communicator and remain calm under pressure, which allows me to provide consistent and reassuring support. My approach to care is holistic, meaning I consider each person’s emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing. My goal is always to support each individual in reaching their personal goals while feeling safe, valued, and understood.
I also really value working closely with clients’ families, building strong relationships and maintaining open communication to ensure the highest standard of care. I am passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels heard and respected. I am always excited to meet new clients and take pride in delivering care that is both professional and genuinely compassionate.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and making the most of my free time. I love playing hockey, going to Adelaide Crows games, seeing musicals, attending Pilates classes, watching movies, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. I also have a Border Collie cross Kelpie named Berti, who keeps me busy with plenty of walks and outdoor time. I truly thrive on human connection and enjoy being around people, both in my personal life and in the work that I do.
