Meet Dillon!

Support Worker

Hello!

About Dillon

I am a friendly, reliable and approachable person who enjoys building genuine relationships and helping people achieve their goals. My background as a teacher has given me strong communication skills, patience and the ability to adapt my approach to suit individual needs. Outside of work I enjoy basketball, fitness, coaching junior sport, cooking and spending time with my family.

I became interested in support work because I enjoy helping people build confidence, independence and meaningful connections within their community. I find it rewarding to support individuals to achieve goals that are important to them, whether that is learning new skills, participating in community activities or simply having someone they can trust and connect with.

My approach is person-centred and strengths-based. I focus on building positive relationships, promoting independence and creating a supportive environment where people feel respected, valued and empowered
