About Courtney

I’m someone who finds joy in the little things, whether it’s caring for my growing collection of cactus plants, getting creative with arts and crafts, or spending quality time with family and friends. I also love going to the movies, musicals, day trips, anything to-do with animals and indulging in a bit of shopping.

As a person, I’m bubbly, outgoing, confident, and caring. I bring positivity, humour, and genuine connection to my work, and I’m always ready with a smile or a kind word.

Supporting others has always been my passion. From a young age, I was drawn to helping people feel seen, heard, and valued along with reaching their full potential. Working in the disability field allows me to make a real difference, whether that’s through everyday routines, achieving goals, or simply sharing a laugh. I feel honoured to walk alongside people as they grow in independence, confidence, and joy.

My approach is person centred, strengths based, and trauma informed. I always tailor my support to match individual goals, preferences, and personality. I aim to create safe, engaging, and empowering environments where people can thrive.
