About Chris
I enjoy helping and assisting people in any way I can, which includes positive behaviour mentoring, building and developing social skills plus community inclusion. Building good relationships with people is one of my core values.
I am an outdoors person who enjoys sport, especially keeping fit through running and going to the gym. I follow football, cricket plus enjoy watching most sports. My relaxation is listening to music, going to the movies but particularly spending time by the sea. Really enjoy a good sunset.
I became a support worker following a family member acquiring a brain injury. Through providing support and motivation during their rehabilitation and then providing assistance upon their return home. I then undertook the necessary training to become a support worker plus additional studies to better understand brain injuries.
My other key priorities are total respect for the client and empathy to their situation, so that I can provide the support they request and require. This leads to being able to build a good connection and relationship with those that I support.
