Meet Chelsea!
Founder & Specialist Support Coordinator
Hello!
About Chelsea
I have worked in the disability sector for nine years, beginning my journey whilst studying Psychology at Flinders University. I started in Plan Management, where I spent five years developing a strong understanding of the NDIS, before moving into Support Coordination and later establishing my own company.
I am approachable, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping people navigate the NDIS with confidence. I pride myself on building strong, respectful relationships with my clients and their families, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball and netball and spending time with friends. I am a people person who thrives on connection, both personally and professionally.
I feel incredibly grateful to work within the disability community and am proud of the Bridging Barriers team. I look forward to continuing to grow both individually and as an organisation.
