About Bianca

I recently completed a degree in interior architecture, which has further developed my passion for art and design, and I enjoy visiting galleries and museums to explore creativity and culture. In my free time, I like painting and drawing, and I have played basketball throughout my life, with a recent interest in netball which keeps me active and connected to a team environment.

I would describe myself as calm and creative, with a patient nature that helps me remain composed in challenging situations, along with a good sense of humour that supports positive interactions. I became a support worker because I genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life and find fulfilment in helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. My approach to support is person centred, as I believe in taking the time to understand each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and preferences so I can tailor my support in a meaningful and effective way.

Experience

  • I have experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, providing consistent, person centred care and building strong, respectful relationships. I adapt my approach to suit each individual, supporting daily routines, community participation, and goal achievement while maintaining a calm and reliable presence.

  • First Aid and CPR Certification
