Meet Beau!
Support Worker
Hello!
About Beau
I am a friendly and approachable person who enjoys helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. I enjoy spending time outdoors, keeping active, fishing, camping, sport and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy meeting new people and building positive relationships based on trust and respect.
I chose to become a support worker because I enjoy making a positive difference in people's lives. I find it rewarding to support people to build confidence, develop new skills and participate in their community while maintaining their independence.
My approach is person-centred, strengths based and respectful. I understand that every individual is unique, and I work alongside participants to provide support that reflects their goals, choices, culture and preferences. I am committed to providing safe, professional and compassionate support while encouraging independence and inclusion.
I am passionate about supporting people to live independently and achieve their personal goals. I am committed to providing respectful, reliable and person-centred support while building positive relationships with participants and their families.
