About Amin

I have a strong interest in sports and enjoy staying active, as well as reading to relax and unwind. I also really value spending time with my family and friends, as maintaining those connections is important to me. I would describe myself as enthusiastic and positive, while also being calm and grounded in different situations. I’m a good listener and pride myself on being approachable, ensuring people feel comfortable, supported, and heard around me. I became a support worker because I have a genuine passion for helping people and making a meaningful difference in their lives. I am motivated by bringing joy, comfort, and support to those in need, and I strive to be in each person’s corner at all times, advocating for them and supporting them through both challenges and achievements. My approach to support is strengths-based, focusing on each individual’s abilities, interests, and goals to promote independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing, while creating a positive and respectful environment.
